Our battery packs provide the power for Europe’s largest rental scooter fleets and have proven safe continuous operation and a long service life in more than 5,000,000 km and more than 150,000 hours of charging operation.
We have developed 100% of the BMS electronics and software ourselves and have been on the market since 2013. We can react flexibly to special customer requirements and special functions.

The High Power battery pack is based on the proven eScooter battery and has been further developed with a view to maximum performance and high durability at the same time. Samsung’s INR1865030Q high current cells enable discharge currents of up to 180A.
The BMS of the High Power battery is extended with an external power section which allows continuous currents of 140A. Stäubli’s industrial connector system guarantees a secure connection and enables the use of cable cross-sections of 16mm².

With the production data for our BMS, you can take the procurement of the printed circuit board into your own hands. You can purchase the electronic components internationally and produce the printed circuit board anywhere in the world. We supply you with the production computer to load the manufactured printed circuit boards with a software license.
The database system required for this has been in daily use with us since 2013 and ensures reliable production with an uptime of 99.8%.
